Have you tried logging in and back.? If you have make a ticket be sure to put it under purchases @KhalDrog03
If logging out and back in fails to refresh your Crom coins purchase, I’d advise checking firstly for notifications from Xbox in the blade as well as your email for a record of your purchase from Microsoft. Then contact Xbox Support if it’s still unresolved.
