CTD when more than 1 player on rented server

[So i’ve rented a server through Gportal, but when either of us is connected and the second player tries to connect, they get CTD (crash to dasboard). We are on the same network (i.e. from within the same house) but have no issues with other games. Either fix this or i’ll get my money back. As it is now, we cant use the rented server, no point having a server when it only permits 1 player. This is on xbox one x.]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Either of us logged in to the server
2.the other tries to log in
3.CTD

Try having them load into single player- offline, before logging into the server.
