Have a clan member that is missing his character after it was supposed to get merged, wondering if there is a rough timeline on when we can expect to hear back from the ticket that was submitted. We can’t really do anything until he gets his character back as he was the one holding most of our base materials that we packed up as instructed between him and all the thralls
