Any bugs Tink! New, old, unimportant, important.

Spam if you have anything, the more that everyone is aware, the more likely we’ll know what we’re experiencing. Just maybe Funcom will look at it too.

I am sure they already have their own list but this sure does paint a picture, doesn’t it?

It sure does … I try ignore the little bugs and other inconveniences across everywhere but put into lists like above its not good :relieved:

Ok at first it didn’t happen as usual when you try to get evidence of a bug.
I went from my base in the volcano via map room to summoning place, and from there to the unnamed city to level two bearers.
But when i finished up and returned to home base it finally happened.



First i thought it might be related to the foundations of the pyramid building set, but the next day i took the same route to level two berserkers and it happened again.

So… this appears at random from my pov. :man_shrugging:



Could do this with my other horses too, but i think we have enough “dick-pics” for now. :sweat_smile:

Just in case someone finds this complaint silly.
I know this isn’t game breaking, of course FC should sort out the big problems first.
But as everyone can see , @Kikigirl ‘s list of bugs and broken mechanics is insanely long.
And people added even more.
Also, even all the small things pile up to a ridiculous amount and are just annoying in combination.
In fact it’s hard to think of a mechanic that isn’t broken somehow.

  • Forlorn crypt doorframe has only 7k hp instead of 70k as their counterparts in dlc, or base game, already had opened a bug report, posting here just to the community know.

  • On purges some folks have and inhuman running speed and they are used to pass through walls and doors

  • Also the demolishers even having their damage fixed stills dangerous, as they can sometimes sprint with the batering ram in hands passing through walls and doors, and go straigt to the coffer to promote their rampage, sometimes destrying the coffer, not the only blocks under the coffer but the coffer itself tested it, and they destroyed a coffer placed directly on the ground.

  • I had to build 3 layers of walls and door to mitigate the mobs passing through, and even with this sometimes they still can enter the base. It can ruim a purge even on final minutes, if a guy that passed through the wall destroys a door inside, the purge fails arguing that cant reach coffer anymore. its really anoying

  • Some players stills have arena champion as thralls. On being confronted that it is an exploit they say “I dont care” sure that they will not be punished by exploiting. I hope dune dont allow this type of posture.

Before the exploit was exposed, I kept quite about it. There was no consistent timing to trigger it. No reproduction steps to follow (down the rabbit hole)!

The whole sector from the Executioner exit to the river failed to start purges.

yes its quite random, sometimes occurs, some not. I believe it could be related to lag, on periods that the server population is low the purges goes well most of the time, the same to the problem of purge not starting. The only way to reproduce is trigger a lot of purges in diferent times of the day. on the server i play the worst window time was from 16h to 0h.

Server lag is mainly running it on a non-dedicated host, like shared hosts. If there is someone running the purge on a server that has the same host then both will look like lag (hint: probably not ddos, especially not in single-player ).

  • The terrain often shapeshifts, its texture keeps changing depending on your distance from it (near vs. nearer, so not from far away).

  • The Sun and Moon goes to the opposite direction.

Today i was farming the warmaker dungeon.
Had 2 thralls following me. I power leveled them up to lvl 19.
Wanted to kill the area champion.
The moment i was approaching her i had a fatal error!

Logged back in. Found myself in the desert.
No corpse to be found or summoned of course.
And the dalinsia and the zerker dead.

I‘m f**king done with this broken mess of a sh¡tshow!

  • some items in inventory are faded like they are completely broken or you do not have permission to use it but are fine.

That was my first ever bug I noticed when I started playign this game.

I am geologist,


so it really grinds my gears since then.

Oh, and I don’t know if these were mentioned before, but:

  • thralls teleport after you, and not run after/with you, but when they are in trouble, there is no God they will teleport to you…
  • They still stop at doorways. And Funcom, giving their orders is not a fix, but a band-aid. Which does not even work half of the time (see above, and the fact that they completely block your vision, you can not order them to move anywhere. Or if you can manage somehow, they won’t listen a lot of times).

PS5 DE PRO might help fix those shapeshifting rocks. On the PS4 PRO, textures shift-in and shift-out based on occlusion, distance, and render time. (I’m being poked at for file compression on images. That’s a fad.)

Workflow/pipeline is good and there is time to move to the newer raytracing. Just foveated for now.

I’m thinking of buying this ps5 de pro, so that is my bias here.

People glitching gate frames at the dam in G10 that only takes 1hp damage a time

We are now in 2024 and i am still getting game freezes which force me to hard restart my system every single time, the frequency can be 10 mins into a game or maybe an hour but the 2 that just happened back to back in the volcano really pissed me off to creating this account and posting in this thread.

Both my PCs do that, no matter the texture settings being low or ultra.
