Playing BETA server..And now!!!Tachan…Tachan…cloning exploit is here,is the same bug as ā€œCant equip or dropā€,after the first time you use sort by weight,you can not drop things,you choose one and the dropped thing is the next…now,you can clone items,at least,a bow,i have a cloned bow
If i find how…i donĀ“t know if i will tell it here at the forum,cloning exploit,free items…also you can use knives with a slot occupied by decorative skulls…you choose skulls but knives goes out…
Range is really hight,is so difficult,but that“s ok,really hard.
Maybe to clone something you need to drop something…two things are dropped but you only see one,if you take them back,are two items…if you put one in a free slot you can use it,so is something like that…i donĀ“t know why bow had not been dropped but cloned,in the list of items is before the thing i have tried to drop,but in this case,the dropped thing is other,not the choosen,nor the item before(bow),when i use a slot to make the item usable,a bow have come but bow was on the inventory,if i find how to clone,i will tell.

I’ve tested this journey step again (Potionmaker - not updating after grinding silver and gold) in singleplayer, without mods this time, and it still definitely completed. May still be a difference between Singleplayer and Server, but I cannot confirm this one.

Can anyone else confirm whether this journey step is completing correctly on Servers?

I am currently doing this journey on official server with new char, came on ealier offlined as usual :slight_smile: but will let you know as to whether it updates.

Well, that’s good news - sounds like it was only bugged in the Beta back when Kiki tested it, and seems to be working now. One down, a few hundred to go…

BETA client takes sooo,but soooooo long to disconect,i need to get out of Steam to disconect.
Maybe is something about it is BETA and server is doing something,if it“s,there“s no bug,if not,is a bug.

There is an error in translation,blacksmith III is ā€œherreroā€ in spanish,itĀ“s translated as ā€œarmeroā€.

Inventory bug still persists but you can do the following,if you drop something and what is dropped is not what you chose or if you can not equip armor or weapons or tools…get out inventory,look what you have as your inventory,i mean,type,not sorting,etc,you need to use not sorting,so chose type or weight,close inventory,open it again,chose no sorting again,close,open,and then you can use-equip or drop items.

Updated, a few new additions..

Unfortunately BETA isn’t even being supported by FC right now and as long as this is the case I don’t think reporting bugs about it is going to matter. As it is their communication about BETA most recently is that they ā€œmayā€ run a BETA in the future. It’s multiple builds behind so can’t even be a true testing environment.

If you want to link the bug reports for the two other issues please do so :slight_smile:

I think writing about then here is enought,a least one moderator should be in contact with Funcom.
If anyone read that,probably will help,or don“t.
BETA have updates too.
I“m playing BETA just for curiosity,don“t have any special reason.

Perhaps and I’m not discouraging you from discussing it, I’m just saying that to my knowledge it is currently unsupported and this is normal based on their history. They let the BETA rot until they spin it up again and won’t update it in between. I think its a shame. So for me to add to this list, probably the most I’d do is include it as an issue that players are unable to reliably use it consistently as a testing ground.

If I had it my way each and every major update would have a BETA with multiple updates within the BETA, consistent communication between testers and staff and what to expect and the integrity to release only quality rather than stick to hard deadlines of their own making.

But what do I know? I’m just consumer.

I’ll finish a base and leave it. There’s no one there. I’ve only seen two people on the player list.
I’m quite friendly, but my English translation doesn’t do me justice. I seem serious, maybe, or weird… I also seem weird in Spanish written on a forum. Well, I guess I have a strange sense of humor.

just to be sure that you are aware , this topic and the part 2 that was reopened by admin will not close automatically as there is not anymore the ( this topic will be closed in 7 days after the last reply ) message displayed at the bottom of the last reply , but the one about solved issues still needs refreshing to not be automatically closed ( as you can see that there is still the message at the bottom of the last reply) If I were you I would ask them to give it and the future C B & I pt.3 the same treatment so that you don’t have to be constantly refreshing it each week as we know that there isn’t a patch every week to fix the issues ( anyway funcom should pay you for your dedication and time spent doing their work / or make you an asura’s chosen even if the program ended … or a gift of C.C , it would show that they still care about this community and go a long way )

I refresh a day or two before to prevent it auto closing in case I am unable to update. As demonstrated for Part 2, no one had commented on it and I had an event that Sunday morning; I failed to make that connection. So rather than risking it, this is what I do.

Anyway, I review each week’s posts because new bugs get discovered, I and others realize some are fixed but were not listed. Regardless of patches.

I’ve aimed this to be an evergreen document to the best of my and the knowledge of everyone participating.

The thing I want is the game to be excellent.

But that is my point for the ā€œCurrent bug & issues part 1ā€ and the ā€œCurrent bug & issues part 2 (again)ā€ you don’t have to ! because the topic won’t close automatically anymore , just the solved one needs refresh because it can still auto-close after 7 days ! And if I were you I would ask funcom to give the solved one the same treatment ( making it not auto-closing , as there will for sure be less solved ones per week ) I wasn’t speaking about not maintaining the topics as you do every week , just that for the first two topics you don’t need to refresh before doing so , and that the solved one , since there isn’t a patch every week , that you should ask them to give it the same change to not auto-close , that’s all :wink:
