Cursor / Selection offset

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Graphics
Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Isle of Siptah

Bug Description:

When having the windows taskbar located on the left, with two monitors, any screensize that uses fullscreen overlaps the second monitor by the width of the windows taskbar, and offsets the selection are of the cursor (menus, in game menus, inventories) by the same amount. (ie selection area is correct pixel location for the monitor, but cursor is offset to the right X pixels where X = width of the taskbar. There is also a black side of game block extending in to the second monitor. Occurred after upgrade from 1070ti to 3090, however had not played the game in quite some time prior to that and a number of things have changed with the program.

Bug Reproduction:

Align Monitors side by side, where 1 is on the left and 2 is on the right. 2. Set the taskbar to the left of screen on both monitors. My second monitor is 1920x1080 and 1 is 2K. Ensure that “automatically hide the taskbar” is turned off. Start the game. Any mode you like. bug Can be observed in the main menu or start a game. Issue is resolved when you automatically hide the taskbar, however I despise this setting and should not be considered a resolution, as it only changes the taskbar width to 0, and the error offset becomes 0 as a result. Have not tried this with taskbar to the bottom of screen to see if the error exists for the taskbar full stop. Ensure resolution of game is either fullscreen or borderless fullscreen with resolution equal to 1st monitor resolution.
