I will submit bug helpdesk ticket but I just wanted to post here as well.
I keep testing out the curved slayer katana on bosses with 5-6k hp. I get them down to 400hp then I hit them and they have 10 or so health left.. The extra damage or insta kill when they are below 10% HP does not activate, has anyone else noticed the executioner effect not working?
