How do I contact customer support? I don’t know how to do that.
I paid $29.95 but did not receive Crom coins. Money was taken but an error occurred getting the coins to register.

Make a Zendesk report Zendesk Funcom com they have a special selection for this type of problem
Also I believe in loading screen you can submit complaint normally gets fixed in a day or two.
