Is anybody working in the customer support department? I’ve sent emails, ingame petition, I’ve posted on forum… since Wednesday and still nobody got back to me. Hello? Anybody there?
They are likely just overworked and lagging behind, but will get to you … eventually.
I recently needed to send an in-game petition for a problem I had in TSW (another Funcom game). It took nearly a week before they got back to me. The good news is that they then did fix the problem I had.
And you complain? I’ve been waiting 15 days for an answer
