Does the bonuses to the health modifier still exist when you have corrupted authority and therefore the perks are different?

None of the corrupted perks modify damage glancing. If you fully corrupt Authority, then your golem just gets the base health modifier, same as if you had 0 Authority.

Figures. Well that’s a significant oversight.
AoS chapter 3 here is a sorcerer’s companion that you can craft but you don’t get any bonus when you corrupt your stats to maximize your sorcery ways.

True, however, you could also consider that golem shaping is a different type of sorcery, through the Giant-kings, which is ultimately from Set.
It may be that that players’ sorcery is not really compatible, since players’ sorcery is through Kurak, which is ultimately from Nyarlathotep.
The generic corruption itself is just our connection to the outer dark and not associated with any particular eldritch entity, but corrupting our attributes specifically is from Kurak’s sorcery.

But functionally the regular authority is mostly worthless to the golem since a majority of it is healing effects or bumps to stats that the golems can’t benefit from (level 10 effects are healing effects, level 15 is efficiency in healing effects and half the the level 20 effects is partially worthless; +20 vit raises the max HP and not the current HP so golems gain no benefit since they cannot heal)

Yeah, that’s why it gives bonuses to glancing.
