It’s near Derketo shrine. I had another one at a different base work just fine. This one will not.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.build arena stone base.
2.put 1/4 circle stage pieces on top
3.place dancer and it appears on top
4.let go and watch it walk through the stage

they wont stand on my large table either, i got nothin to watch while i eat.
Hugo it was working on day two but she fell back through again.
