Performers should have a routine either relevant to their race or faction, and be progressive as they level up. The routines for a Darfari dancer 1 is the same as a named Vangoul performer. I believe there is a big opportunity here to make performers a more critical element. Each level performer should have their own routine, such as level 1 up to a Named, but every race and faction should have their own independent routine as well setting them apart from everyone else. Then there is the opportunity for some rarer performers which have totally different routines altogether. A pool party would be a good example of this.
These dancers and performers which appear to mingle or converse with others, as well as make use of drums and instruments ( as already suggested), will add a greater level of realism to the game.
