Dead body disappears

I’ve died near the forgotten city of Xel-ha. When I’ve reappeared, there was no tomb displayed on the map and I was never able to find my dead body, losing several hours of game.
I’ve tried workarounds (force to die again) and I’ve tried to logout/login again, but no way to see it anymore.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Die
  2. Reappear
  3. Look at your corpse
  4. Note you can’t find it
