On my account Durdel, character Teamster I cannot access Deadman’s Hand. Artus won’t give me the quest. Can you reset the quest from Tali?
Also, my petition screen in-game is broken. Thus, this posting.
I had the same problem until I found, that I needed a quest from one of the priests near the temp!e first… maybe you should talk to him too?
