Its stated the extension was till the 13th it snow the 17th . Many tribes are using this to there advantage blocking people in. Oblesks, points of interest and resource spawns.

there is actually a exploit that allows decay timers to be refreshed with your neighbor, he refreshes your bases will refresh… We have shown this to funcom weeks ago
