Decay timer 0 can't demolish

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Walk up to a building or placeable with decay timer 0 but not “decayed” so you can’t demolish it
2.Log out of game and log on again and you can demolish it

I have had to leave rendering range log out and back in on 3 that got like that for some reason anytime someone runs past it will stick at 0:00 for a while after and if you hang out there it will stay all day.

we have same problem many times, sometimes we only need wait a several minuts and other times you can’t demolish up restart the server at 6 o´clock( we wait up 3 hours and nothing…). But make log out login doesn’t work.
