i would love to stress out that the decay timer needs to be active, on the Official server i am in, people enter build then leave and the build remains for eternity adds to server lag, also inactive player builds remain. that server is now unplayable in certain areas of the exiles map.
i have reported it on one clan but i cant see every heat signature of every player to suss things out.
need to be a priority in the coming bug patch. it will drive players away and into solo/co up mode.
I saw an explanation the other day - apparently decay timers were halted after transfers were briefly made available and then had to be stopped - the logic being that some players got caught by that and trapped where they can’t get to their main base to refresh its timer. So, until transfers can be fixed to work properly, decay timers were switched off to protect people from losing stuff they shouldn’t. Hopefully soon…
