Is there a method to deconstruct found or created items and recovering materials?
I know there isn’t on official servers. I guess I’m just throwing this out there to see if there’s an interest in it. maybe from the players maybe from the devs?
Its something I’d like to see and if it doesn’t break the game maybe it can happen.
It seems very survival, very Conan Exiles.
You are speaking of armor and weapons, right?
Because it’s totally possible for buildings and decorations.
Sounds interesting. However, this is a world with endless resources which will simply respawn.
There is atleast one mod available which will allow deconstruction of armour and weapons.
It’s a suggestion that comes up frequently… it’s made it onto Taschas list of suggestions to discuss with the development team … i think the outcome was: not at this time as it has more challenges to it than is immediately apparent even though a PC-mod can do it …
I don’t think they’re necessarily technical challenges, more like they’re game balance ones, which mods don’t have to worry about (what with them being entirely optional to begin with).
