# Dedicated Server Not Accessible to Friends

I made a server using the DedicatedServerLauncher.  
I can see it on the server list and join it just fine, but my friends can’t see or access it at all.  
They tried basic Play Online server searching, direct connect, and I tried inviting them from the server myself, but nothing worked. The server didn’t show on the list, direct connect and joining through Steam gave a “Server Not Responding” message, he invites didn’t even show up for them.  
The Port Accessibility test passed, all three lights are green (excluding Rcon).

I can’t figure out what the problem is, and searching the issue online hasn’t been very helpful.
