Dedicated server not visible

Good day
We’re having a problem. Our dedicated server can’t connect. Therefore, it doesn’t show up online. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Check configuration of dedicated server, then on OS check firewall, on router check firewall and opened ports.

Need to ensure TCP/UDP 27015 Query Port is open in both your Dedicated Server Control Panel (if hosted) or Router (if home) and the Windows Firewall.
