Type of issue: Decaying crafting stations and large chests

Since I could not find any other topic related to my problem I decided to vent myself here a bit, since it is actually really frustrating:
While I visited my base (on the pictures below) 2 days ago I suddenly saw crafting stations and storage boxes (Large Chests) gone with just bags on the ground where the items were, luckily, still in. This was yesterday (Had no time to make this thread untill just now). I visit the base actually every day while having some others spread across the server (Official Server #1040) and was using the stations daily.
Down below I replaced the objects that dissapeared. These were 1 Armorer’s Bench, 1 Improved Armorer’s Bench, 1 Fluid press, 4 Large Chest’s and 2 Large campfires.
My base is big enough to have none of these things being able to despawn after just one day. And this is not the first time, actually, but now this happening the second time with more ‘damage’ it is a bit of a serious problem. And I wouldn’t like this to happen again.
