Has funcom produced a decay system explanation for the serversetngs.ini

e.g. what does decaybonustimerate=xxxxx mean?

perhaps a dev or someone from funcom can help ?

specifically with these settings

MaxDecayTimeToAutoDemolish=604800.000000
BuildingDecayTimePerScore=5400.000000
BuildingDecayTimeMultiplier=1.000000
DecayCleanupTimeMultiplier=2.000000
DecayBonusTimeRate=600.000000

edit: can this be moved to the appropriate section i dont think PHP section is the best fit ? @Ignasi
