Why is it that you developers keep adding more content to the game if you cannot even fix issues the game has. I try to play the game but the game constantly crashes. Sometimes I will receive a fatal error message, but most times the game just freezes and I have to end the task to stop it. Before you reply or say something about changing my settings or anything about my PC, I will go ahead and inform you that my PC is well above the required specs to play this game on ultra settings and should not have any problems. No matter what I do, and I have tried everything. From changing my Nvidia settings, to removing mods, to lowering the in game settings. NOTHING works. I still keep crashing. Sometimes I can play for a couple hours, and then others I play for 10 minutes then it will just freeze up. How about putting as much effort you do with adding more pay to use content into fixing the issues with damn content you already have.

PC specs are largely irrelevant when it comes to crashing as long as the PC is good enough to start the game. Crashes are caused by issues… either in the game, in a mod you use, or yes computer hardware and software also contributes (drivers etc). But it does not matter how high performance the specs are, if any of those issues are present, the crash will happen.
Do you use mods and stuff? How about any details on when that crash occurs? What you’re doing during that etc… do you see any pattern?

Pretty tight, I work out daily, with one rest day. I try and work mostly on strength with still a fair amount of cardio…oooohhhh

But in seriousness, there will always be bugs and there will always be issues in any code base. To fix all issues before introducing any new features would be the death of any game or application. Sure it is a dollar question but also for the enjoyment of all players and attracting new.
That said I am sure being unable to launch or enjoy the game would be extremely frustrating so I do hope you get some assistance that works for you soon.
