Direct Connect Crashes on Steam Client

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Crash
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: any
Mods: None

Bug Description:

When using Direct Connect on a local Network the game crashes instantly, this problem does not happen with the Gamepass client. Verified all firewall rules and settings are identical for each client.

Bug Reproduction:

Attempt to connect to a local network IP via direct connection running Dedicated Server app version 1.7.8
