Question. Can the chats used in the game or personal messages, be accessed one way or another by Zendesk, Funcom, Steam or whoever, when a player reports obvious cheating or worse, harassment?

What are the consequences for the hosting plateform if one reports the harassment to them because they cannot block the harasser, and they do nothing about it? If you file a legal complaint to report the online harasser, can you also file a legal complaint to report the passivity of the hosting game/platform when they know it is happening through their tools but choose not to intervene? In my mind, the platform should then choose to file a legal complaint against the harasser too, if they do not have the means to fight the perverted use of their tools. If they do not file a complaint nor intervene in any way when the harassment is known to be done through their tools, instead of victims they would just be accomplicies, no?
