Disappearing item from chest

Today i lost my legendary sword when i put it inside chest it instantly disapeared its was Lying Bastard Sword
and i am propably going to lose one more legendary sword because of the misterious server Crash today

Ive had a King Elk Trophy head disappear from a workstation.
