Disconnection eminent signs

Problem: Signs of eminent disconnect.
Region: NA

Random Occurrence during harvesting/mining/combat

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
A)

  1. Kill an NPC
  2. Switch to harvest it
  3. Attempt several times to harvest and nothing is produced.
  4. Disconnect

B)

  1. Harvest/mine a resource (any resource)
  2. Nothing is produced after several attempts.
  3. Disconnect

C)Upon restarting Steam and the game:

  1. Player character is not where the disconnect occurred but somewhere nearby before reaching the source.
    (Engine has lost track of player location, before and/or during the activity.

Now what’s really ■■■■■ about this is even when found before reaching the location… the resource is GONE and nothing is in the player inventory.
