DISCORD Update or Patch Channel.. AND ALSO give at 15 min warning about servers going down

YOU GUYS seriously NEED to put a section in your discord specifically about Patch Updates. Like we start game (which for some strange reason closes out steam so wont connect to funcom servers and have to start steam up separately again) And see no official servers or servers with ??? or 9999!!! That tells us servers are down but no patch showing to update game.

Or if we are in game and you guys need to shut the servers down, GIVE US A 15 MIN WARNING!!! That gives us enough time to get to a safe spot or throw down a foundation 4 walls and ceiling tile on top for safety when we log back in after a patch!!!

OH and There is speculation that Y’ALL are WIPING all official servers. IF you are going to do that … at least let us know!!! A lot of these tribes have been on these servers for years and have spend those years building their locations… If you dont warn folks you will get a lot of RAGE QUITERS and will lose players.

Also The choice between Exile Lands and Siptah Maps for a starting Map. You guys forgot that part to add back in!!

Updates do get listed here, which is the official place for this information. The discord is an unofficial fan-run discord. They do their best to get the information up as soon as they are able, but they do not work for the company.

They need an official discord… Im on discord more than having to find the website forums. A lot of folks are posting on it as if its ran by devs.

Fair enough. I don’t really like discord as a platform much - though I currently seem to be using it quite a bit. Simplest answer is I can just shout out a couple of the mods - @Jimbo @Tephra - They’ll know way more about it than I do.

It is literally at the top of the welcome channel. The first thing you should be reading when you join.

I never saw that.. Discord tends to throw people in at the bottom of pages when you join… soooo. but thanks. I’ll remove that comment.
