Dismantle/Smelt Down items

I think it’s about time we got the ability to break down items into there materials the shear amount of Hardend Steel and Steel items which could easily be smelted down to there resources is untrue and seems wasteful to throw away think we need a way to recycle them. Even if it’s just a fraction of the materials

Could just throw them in the forge or make an item grinder

this is quite possible to reverse a recipes. I once made a code that took in an item ID find it recipe since all recipe and item made are the same ID. And just did an item add the material. and i multiplied the Quantity by .7 so that 30 percent was considered waste and throw away

I like idea of dismantle items.
