Regular delved weapons cost 31 Eldarium ingots when crafted on a Garrison workbench, but only give 2 back when dismantled. Voidtouch weapons cost 8 on the same bench, but return 3 upon dismantling.

yeah, this seems wrong. I have altered my crafting costs, so never knew the actual costs, but my reduced craft costs are still way out of sync, as well as the recycling of them.
Agree. If it is not wrong then the prior certainly feels disproportionate.
This equates to a 37.5% return on the investment, ie-just over one-third. It strikes me as being reasonable.
This however is equivalent to a mere 6.4% return on the investment, which does not strike me as a reasonable return.
This is possibly a simple error as you suggested. If it is not, then the return rates on the later are taking the mick.

The return of 1 Eldarium for crafted Armor pieces is acceptable when crafted In a Garrison bench at a cost of 4. Again, 1/3.
