I own all the DLCs and no longer see the ad page on live.
For some strange reason, the page pops up not only on starting the game, but also when exiting from testlive to the main menu.
This may be particular to the way testlive is set up, but imagine it would cause an unnecessary uproar on the forums if it were to go live.
