Game mode: [Online | Singleplayer] Problem: [Crash | Bug | Performance | Misc] Region: [Here] * * * I have seen this issue in DLC from a year ago, but I never saw the resolution: all the DLC I have downloaded shows the new items ans building pieces as having a green arrow on the image, but I can never unlock them. I even try spawning items with the admin tool, but I receive a ‘failed spawn’ item. I know that this occurred with DLC that was sold, but not loaded. This is happening with DLC that should be completed, though (like the Imperial East pack). Has anyone figures out how to resolve this issue? * * * Steps on how to reproduce issue: 1. 2. 3. 4. ---

Have you learned the black ice? However if you purchased u should be able to spawn check play station store u may have purchased and not unlocked ---

is it the turan dlc or some other dlc. ---

Hey @GobHobblin Please make sure to download every DLC from the store. If that doesn’t work, please re-validate your licenses through the Playstation settings. ---

All DLC available was purchased and downloaded. Even after restoring the license, the DLC still does not work. I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall, as I’m in a low bandwidth area, but I don’t see any other option. The only thing I can think of is that I have the UK version (purchased the game when living overseas), but I’m back in the States. Would that have an effect on DLC? ---

I found the issue. The game I purchased overseas is region-locked to the UK, but all my purchases in the States are locked to US purchases only. Essentially, I have to buy the game again for the DLC to work. This is very aggravating. ---

Hey @GobHobblin That’s a limitation on the PSN platform itself. The way to see that DLC is with either a digital or physical US copy of the game. ---

Now, if funcom really wanted, they could supply you with codes to mitigate you having to buy either again… But my money is on you having to purchase it instead ---
