DLCs Not Loading Rage

Allow me to actually rage for a moment.

Can we PLEASE fix the DLC items NOT LOADING YET? It’s only been an issue FOR YEARS.

It’s been a known issue, for YEARS.

It’s STILL an ISSUE that is unresolved, and ignored.

If there’s a high population or a queue on a server, DLC items just don’t load. (And sometimes even with a low pop, they won’t load - but a relog usually fixes it.)

You obviously can’t relog with a queue because the queue keeps your DLC and bazaar items from loading.

CAN YOU AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THIS IS A THING and at least PRETEND to want to fix it?

Do you mean they don’t load in storage or don’t load in order to craft? Sorry, just not sure what you mean.

Pulling bracelet seems to fix various issues. @DvntTears

They just don’t load at all half the time, especially during high population, and 100% never load when there’s a queue. Unable to craft them, they don’t show up in the hammer, they don’t even show up in ancestral knowledge as being learned.

And Sestus, pulling bracelet does not fix it. In fact, I had my DLCs loaded the other day, pulled bracelet, and they stopped functioning and UNLOADED (And never reloaded after 40 minutes.)

I own the Yamatai tower set: As you can clearly see, YET AGAIN: DLCs (And sometimes just Bazaar items) will not load. It’s like I don’t own it.

That would be a crowded server issue, the fix would be uncrowding the server. So banning half the players from the server and wiping their builds would probably fix it, sound good?

Ya I don’t think anyone is disbelieving you own the DLCs.

Ok, thanks for explaining, seems like it is some kind of performance issue with connection to Funcom Live Services (FLS) - although I might be spitballing.

I would suggest submitting a bug report with a link to a video showing this. If you need help with any of that let me know I’d be happy to assist.

Day 5 of Bazaar items failing to load during high player population.

Only fix: Logging into single player, letting them load, going back to the server you want to play on.

It might be worth to BOTH submit a bug report and a Helpshift ticket under server performance or purchases.
