In another thread someone said sigils transfer, both what you have in your inventory and what you have active on you. Someone else said neither transfer. Has anyone recently transferred from Siptah to Exiled Lands? What’s the status with sigils? Thanks 
The sigils you have active will not transfer. But the ones you bring with you will. I have tested it

I can confirm this as well. I would take 2 complete sets plus about 5 more fiend sigils and fill the rest of your inventory with eldarium.
