Does Master Weapon Fitting + Precision Strike + Rolling Thrust add 42% Armor Pen?

I can see the master weapon fitting add 12% armor pen to whatever weapon I apply it to.

Does rolling thrust and precision strike work the same way? Do they add to the total penetration? If not, how is it calculated?

Let’s say I have a weapon with 9% armor pen. Would it have 56% armor pen after MWF (12%), precision strike (10%) and rolling thrust (25%) ?

Yes, armor penetration bonuses are additive. So 9+12+10+25=56.
