DropBackpackOnDeath still doesn't work

Currently the following Settings do not work:
DropShortcutbarOnDeath
DropBackpackOnDeath
DropEquipmentOnDeath

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.if you set DropBackpackOnDeath to true and have the other settings set to false nothing drops. you can only set ti either drop everything or nothing.
