You must sign up prior to race start in order to participate. Sign up by leaving a post in this thread with your character name (preferable) or prior to the race by directly messaging the organiser (there will be announcements in in-game chat channels). Sign ups on the forums close on the day before the race, in game 15 minutes ahead of the race starting.
Race will run for 2 laps.
Crossing Red Lines and taking invalid routes will lead to disqualification.
Sprint levels are limited to IV (4, four) for all participants, using sprints higher than allowed will lead to disqualification
You must use a mount sprint - bikes, and animals of all kinds are permitted, running sprints, hoverboards and jetpacks are not.
Sprints that have boost functionality are not allowed - namely Flightless Reindeer, Gilded Unicorn, Arachnoid Cycle, Turbojet Wing Pack and Speed Demon. Using them will lead to disqualification even if you don’t use the boost itself.
Using any kind of speed buffing or dash ability such as Supreme Harmony, Rushing River, Raging Volcano, Flicker, gadgets such as Fey Line Stone or Superliminal Bridging device, dodging using Signet of Quickness or Acrobatics is not allowed and will lead to disqualification.
You must be mounted at all possible times.

Familiarize yourself well with allowed routes.
Steep staircase
This narrow alley will dismount you if you attempt to pass it hugging one of the walls too closely! Make sure to remount the bike passing next Marshal. You need to be mounted in order to qualify for winning the race!

Keep in mind, the stairs in the narrow alley here are very treacherous and you’re likely to fall from your bike. If you do, make sure to remount your bike as soon as you can!
You can use side walks, provided you do not cross any red lines.
In order to make organising the race smoother please show up 15 minutes ahead of race start. After the race finishes, there will be award distribution as well as photo opportunities to show off your Halloween Mount and Outfit Combos.
Please do not leave prior to receiving your rewards as doing so will unnecessarily prolong reward delivery time.
Prizes provided by me will be distributed to winners manually via trading and Funcom sponsored prizes will be deposited directly into your inventory during post-race prize delivery.
Leaving prior to recieving your reward may lead to accidental reward forfeiture.
