After entering the vault and stepping on the first pressure plate the door opens to a staircase that leads down to a black wall that you cannot pass without entering ghost mode. Throughout the dungeon there is large black glittering mounds blocking many of the paths. Is this intended or a bug?
I was just there a few hours ago today in single player. Didn’t have any problems in my run. Sounds like something didn’t load for you.

Hosav’s EEWA mod currently has a similar issue. It is being looked into.
