Empty book to learn feats from?

You find a book on the bench at: TeleportPlayer -143350.046875 252934.40625 -14937.358398
It shows up onscreen as something you can read but with the title of “empty” and “empty” as the description. You also learn the “Faux taxidermist II” feat from it. Seems a little random/buggy.

  2. Select the book on the bench
  3. Note what comes up on screen and the feat you learn.
