Encumberance Momentum Perk Using several armors

Game mode: [Online, oficial server]
Problem: Encumberance Momentum Perk not work if you’re using a khitan armor set
Region: South america, official server 1976

Encumberance Momentum Perk not work if you’re using a khitan armor or others sets. When it reachs 100% of encumberance, you will not able to run or move like it supposed to do.

*Edit: I’ ve testing others armors and the perk just work in light and heavy main sets. When you put a sandmask, it stopped working too.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Get the encumberance momentum perk
2. Equip several sets
3. Get encumberance 100%

I use heavy Khitan for harvesting in the cold and I use the encumbrances perk with no problem. PS4 online official pvp

added: If you switch to sandstorm mask it does not give encumbrance points so you may no longer be at high enough points to have the perk. (set up perks with the sandstorm mask on if you plan on wearing it)
