Took over the Keyhole weeks ago. Decayed it after the previous clan abandoned it. Thats was two months or more ago and they have not signed in and/or built as far as I know. Their thralls in my base are still lingering…
This happened to me once before too.
Make it into a temporary Purge base, summon a Purge, and let them all die a glorious death!
check the server settings to see if thrall decay is on.
Yes funcom has forgotten to turn it on before.
If they had any other standing buildings/ hidey holes and logged in at one it might be a while before they decay.
