well for number 2, at least I can say it also happens on the officials for the Sinner’s refuge crafter under the bridge , and asura’s spawn , I often had to wait a full respawn to get the asura’s chosen to spawn , and the crafters under the bridge seems to appear , after aggro ( maybe they spawn under the mesh or something like this and get teleported back up once you’re in render range )
