IMO, one of the main reasons to having a ping limit is to avoid such situation but currently, the situation so bad that all servers seem to have high pings and that gating mechanic no longer functions as indeded (if my understanding is right).
Let’s hope all the cheaters get what they deserver and most of the exploits are fixed sooner than later.
