Does anyone at funcom or gportal actually handle tickets or address downed aervers?

2877, 7089 and other west coast pvp servers are down too.
Gportal responded telling me to have the owner file a ticket and they closed my ticket. They did absolutely nothing! Funcom, dont you own official servers!? Good grief.
Well technically yes, but they are housed on GPortal servers. They don’t own GPortal, just have a contract with them.
Sounding more and more like it’s GPortal issue though. I wonder if any of the private server GPortal admins might affected too?
funcom needs its own dedicated admin team and its own servers. this is rediculous.
Servers are back
a professional commercial company would be offering compensation for inconveniencing players. they desire to be “edgy admin team” frustrates the hell out of me at a professional level. its juvenile. I’m not going to name drop. You know who you are from the emails we’ve been exchanging.
