I went to transfer my character between two official pvp servers, I was going to do it a few times and now there was an error when I went to upload and my character disappeared, I made the complaint and they sent me to talk to Zendesk , but there is no option to report, someone lor please know how to solve this problem?? i want the .eu character and the items that were in it. It’s not fair to lose character or items.
Send a message through this forum to @Community listing the character name, server the character was on when you uploaded, server you tried to import to, and Funcom ID.
I already did that, then they sent me to a Zedansk website, but I couldn’t find where to report it😕
and another thing, I don’t think it’s correct to put the name of the server on which I play in a forum full of toxic players, I believe that the server needs to be informed privately to a moderator😕
