Error Outgoing reliable buffer overflow

when trying to enter a specific server it gives this message and returns to the main menu, the other servers are normal

PVP server (LATAM), the bug occurs on two servers I can’t even access the game the character just gets stuck, looking in other posts I got the following information: “Its because your character file is too big, therefore you get an overflow of information on the server when you spawn after downloading character”, I think it’s a server performance issue. I opened a ticket and they didn’t answer me and the ticket says that I could post on the forum about it.

SERVER 1986 LATAM
Problem: [Crash]
Region: [LATAM BRASIL]

I logged into Official Server 1986 a I get disconnected from the server and receive the error message “Outgoing Reliable Buffer Overflow”.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

Log in
Play the game
Get error message and get disconnected
Log back in and repeat.

Regarding this situation, does the same thing happen if you try to access Single Player? Also, could we try to lower your graphic settings and test joining the servers again? Does the same message show up?

I’ve seen that error on the PS4.

In single player this error doesn’t happen, only on 2 LATAM servers with all my clan,
this started after the pass update. Even in the worst resolution, with laptop mode the error occurs.
@Caroll
From what I’ve researched, it’s a server error not being able to process the information, some even gave me the option of taking some recipes from the character, but it’s not feasible since the character doesn’t connect to the server.
look at the post of it’s the same error but don’t had solution. I’ve seen that error on the PS4.
