Hello, I’m having trouble with the transfer. I’m carrying a load of 60 slaves, including 40 pack animals (all camels) and the rest slaves. I’ve followed the instructions exactly, but I’m getting an error. The worst part is that I think the server (6307 PvE Latam) restarts every time I try to transfer them. Could someone here help with some information? I’ve checked the entire load; everything seems normal, there are no unusual items, and I even had to remove the armor and cosmetic items from the bazaar. I hope someone can help me; I don’t want to lose my things. Thank you very much!

I made these attempts, I tore down my entire small base, I followed all the rules mentioned by ■■■■■■, what’s the problem??? Using too many camels maybe? I’d like to hear from someone who has managed to migrate with that many.

I wrote here because with each attempt I made, the server restarted, and this was tested by 2 different accounts, one on Steam and the other on Epic Games.
What I see is that you’re using camels just like me, could that be the problem? I’ll try doing it with other animals without camels, and see what happens.
The same thing is happening here… I’ll wait. A friend of mine managed it with only 6 camels… So I’m sure ■■■■■■… made a mistake when sizing the upload file… it must be hitting some limit and generating the error…
A player with 3 camels and 6 slaves can transfer, as you say, it’s the upgrading capacity. It would be good to know the maximum shipment size, so we can measure the shipments; we only have a few days left.
In this case, they need to expand the limit for the maximum number of followers for a single player, which is 65 followers in total. The transfer was poorly designed. For those using dozens of camels for loading, it hits some kind of upload size limit or something similar. The developers need to fix this as soon as possible.
I already tried with 50 and it didn’t accept me, I still get the message that it can’t load my data, so I’m gradually removing pets/slaves and trying to get it to accept me, but if it reaches 15, well, F.U.N.C.O.N has always been like this, improvised.
I just tried 39 and it still doesn’t upload my data… it’s so annoying, they should tell us what the maximum is. T T
All we can do is sit in the fetal position and cry… Seriously. They authorize the transfer and we can’t take almost anything with us… Totally FALSE advertising… I’ve given up… I’m taking what I can with enormous heartache and a lot of HATRED…
I’ve been on the servers since they opened; it’s not fair to treat the true players like this. I’ve bought practically everything; it’s unacceptable that they’re washing their hands of the damage caused by this transfer that isn’t actually happening. Is their intention to send us back with nothing? They’ve treated us badly many times before, but this time it’s not right. At least let them have 15 followers; don’t make a fool of yourselves, there are things we’ve built up over the years.
same issue no pets in my case… .
the first time i was able to export it, when i tried to log in to the target server the import button never showed up, so i went back to the original server and all my toons were there. server did not crash tho.
any work arounds?
i tried to move 30 thralls, a few bearers. tho. but no pets or mounts.

I wanted to share my experience because I’m having the exact same issue described here.
Last night I tried to transfer my character from Siptah to Exiled Lands. I already reduced my load significantly:

Only brought 6 Thralls (my most important ones)
-
4 Camels + 4 Elephants
-
I left a huge amount of loot behind and only carried what I considered essential
Even with that, when the game started uploading the data to the cloud, I got the same error:
“Error processing transfer on Server during Serializing & Uploading: ExportFailed”
In addition:

On two attempts, the process kept loading for a long time

Then the server crashed during the export process
So this doesn’t seem to be just a case of “too much loot”, since I already reduced it a lot.
Question for @Dana:
Is there any known limit (data size, followers, inventory slots, etc.) that could still be causing this error even with a reduced setup like mine?
Or is this currently a known issue with the transfer system after the update?
Any guidance would really help, because right now even minimal/optimized transfers are failing.
i ended up doing a transfer but left with 2 bearers full of undeployed thralls and 2 or 3 fighters. it went thru. but even with 9 followers i kpet getting the error.
Hi, is that the calculation that worked for you? Did having 6 or 8 followers not work?
