Bug Description:

Cannot claim Challenge reward, says to contact customer service. Other clan member saw that the brimstone harvest counter does not increment above 1.

Bug Reproduction:

Simply claim the “Craft a Weapon” challenge for clan leader. Or harvest multiple Brimstone nodes for other clan member, the counter does not go above 1 on the challenge.new report. Thank you!

Same here; Create alchemistic paste says fulfilled, but cannot claimed; other achievements don’t go above 1; Unmodded, official server 1016, PVE; Since newest update, Steam, PC, Windows 10

Bug Description:

After an update on 2/7/2023 Challenges cannot be completed. Counters don’t go past one. For example: KILL 5 TIGERS. Kill one tiger and the roster sets to 1/5. Kill two tigers and the counter is still set at 1/5… and so on. with 3, 4, and 5 killed tigers. Still set at 1/5 and won’t advance. Challenges with a count of one cannot be claimed.

Bug Reproduction:

Start any new challenge. Even after rerolls.

Confirming that this is resolved on our server. There was one lingering oddity, the challenge my clan leader had completed that initially showed us the error was still unable to be claimed, but any new challenge was completed and claimed without any error. Of note here, choosing to reshuffle the challenges was not an option because there was one challenge waiting to be claimed. I do not know if they are still seeing this today, but this was the case last night when we were exploring.
