Event log/despawned sets

How accurate is the event log. Thinking clan mate may have taken full set and other items but he swears he did not, that the sets despawned.

What does your event log say?

If your stuff despawns, it should say something like this:

Event log says he took it. Yet he swears he did not. I pretty much know the answer just looking for confirmation.
