Every time I join Server "E"/ "Use" command doesn't work

This started happening after the enchanted update for me.
Every time I’ll join any server UE4 or UE5 My “E” to “Use” doesn’t work, workaround fix is that if I’ll kill my self or remove bracelet the bug disappears and I’m able to use “E” or the “use” command .
I’ve tried verify files, changing the key to different one and reinstalling the whole game but none of these have worked so far to get rid of it completely.

It doesn’t let me interact with anything, can’t open doors, chest, benches, etc.

I am finding you have to stand around for a few minutes and then it starts working

yes i have seen people wait like 10 or 15 min before it let them open a door after dying or logging in.

I relog and it fixes the issue, but is annoying and dangerous for phigh pop pvp servers.
